As a Junior DevSecOps, you will participate in a structured training program and gain hands-on experience to prepare for delivery. Your responsibilities will include: **Key Responsibilities** - Engage in the development, deployment, and operation of DevSecOps environments. - Assist in the implementation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines and automated workflows. - Support in automating system provisioning, configuration, monitoring, and security hardening. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance delivery, performance, and security. - Participate in the troubleshooting and resolution of system or infrastructure issues. - Document your work and share knowledge within the team. **Required Skills & Competencies** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science - No professional experience needed - Understanding of programming languages such as Java, Javascript, or Python/scripting - Good communication skills, resilience, and a goal-oriented mindset - Passion for technology and embracing challenges - Ability to write and speak in English **Nice to have** - Hands-on experience with DevOps technologies, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes/Docker, Terraform, or similar. - Cybersecurity expertise or specialization. - Cloud experience or certifications (AWS preferred, Azure or GCP welcomed). - Recent exposure to DevOps projects using: - Terraform or similar infrastructure as code tools. - CI/CD or GitOps tooling (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, FluxCD, ArgoCD, etc.). - Kubernetes and containerization. **We offer:** - Health Insurance extendable to the family - Crosser Assistance Program (Psychology, Psychosocial, Financial, Legal, and Nutrition consultations) - A well-structured Individual Development Plan (IDP) - Career Plan transversal to the entire company - Monthly gym subscription - Team-building events Ready to join a company where performance meets purpose?
