Promise Robotics is pioneering Physical AI for homebuilding — a rapidly growing, venture-backed company bringing together AI, robotics, and manufacturing to help the homebuilding industry meet the growing demand for housing. Our robotic systems, built and operated inside AI-powered factories, give the industry the production capacity, consistency, and speed to build more high-quality homes than traditional methods allow. Our team spans AI researchers and roboticists to factory operators, technicians, and production teams — all building the future of homebuilding together. ### What you will do: - Review blueprints, construction drawings, specifications, and Revit models to understand project scope and construction requirements. - Use Revit to review and update BIM models, extract quantities, and coordinate drawings with guidance from the team. - Assist with quantity takeoffs, bills of materials, cost estimates, and technical proposals, ensuring accuracy and completeness. - Identify drawing discrepancies, missing information, and coordination issues, and work with engineering and production teams to resolve them. - Work with external engineering consultants to coordinate drawings, clarify technical requirements, and track revisions and outstanding questions. - Support project planning and scheduling by tracking milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and action items - Coordinate project meetings, document decisions, and follow up with internal teams and external consultants on assigned actions. - Manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, maintain organized project records, and communicate progress. - Collaborate with the sales team to develop and deliver compelling proposals and value propositions. - Maintain a deep understanding of our product, competitors, and the broader market landscape. - Use AI tools to streamline research, summarize documents, organize data, and improve daily workflows while verifying outputs and following company information handling practices. - Support customer presentations, technical responses, project documentation, facility tours, and project handoffs. - Collaborate with sales, engineering, and production teams to clarify customer requirements and support robotic manufacturing workflows. ### What you will need to succeed: - A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering Architectural, or Construction Management, - Familiarity with Revit, CAD Software, or related platforms. - Excellent communication skills—you can clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. - Comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, scaling environment. - Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites, tradeshows, or internal meetings. - Desire to learn and leverage AI tools where possible.
