We are looking forward to meeting with you!To support the end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition process, assisting in attracting, selecting, and onboarding talent while ensuring a positive candidate and new hire experience through stakeholder collaboration, pre-employment processes, onboarding coordination, and employee record management.#OrfiumResponsibilitiesSupport the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.Coordinate the onboarding process by conducting orientation sessions, collecting pre-employment documents, facilitating background checks, and ensuring a smooth new hire experience.Collaborate with hiring managers and relevant departments to support recruitment activities and seamless employee onboarding.Maintain accurate recruitment records, employee databases, and HR documentation while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.Assist with employer branding initiatives by creating and editing recruitment presentations, supporting talent attraction campaigns, and promoting the company as an employer of choice.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Human Resources.Basic understanding of the recruitment life cycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills with the ability to work effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.Proficiency in Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
