Printfresh is looking for a sharp, versatile Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in doing great work across email, web, social, print, and beyond — working closely with our Director of Creative & Content Production and our talented graphic design team. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and genuinely excited about the craft — someone who can move fast, maintain quality, and thrive in a collaborative environment. This role is hybrid, with Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in our Philadelphia office, remote on Mondays and Fridays, and occasional additional in-office days as needed.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign ExecutionSupport the creation of marketing collateral across digital and print formats, including email graphics, paid ads, social media assets, website graphics, catalogs, postcards, packaging, and more.Execute website graphic and page updates, translating design challenges into intuitive, on-brand creative by applying UI/UX principles to create clear, customer-friendly experiences that support conversion goals.Ensure that all creative work aligns with brand guidelines and seasonal style direction.Coordinate with external design partners to uphold brand standards.Assist with seasonal graphic rollouts and product launch campaigns.Resize and adapt assets for multiple placements and channels efficiently and accurately.Prepare and format images for email, web, and social use.Production SupportCreate product renderings and mockups using existing templates.Prepare production-ready files and ensure accuracy in specs and formatting.Organize and maintain digital asset libraries.Support light copywriting and proofreading tasks to ensure clean, accurate deliverables.Collaboration & CommunicationPartner closely with the Director of Creative & Content Production, the broader graphic design team, photo team, and marketing team to meet project goals and deadlines.Coordinate with external vendors for print and promotional materials as needed.Stay current on design, social, and e-commerce trends and bring fresh ideas to the team.Requirements2+ years of full-time graphic design experience, ideally in consumer goods, fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerceProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and Figma.Strong layout, composition, and photo editing skills.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Comfortable working on multiple projects at once in a deadline-driven environment.A collaborative spirit and willingness to take creative direction and feedback.Interest in packaging, product development, and branded storytelling is a plus.Familiarity with Klaviyo, Shopify, or other email/UX platforms is a plus.Experience with styled product mockups or packaging.A love for color, pattern, and whimsical designBenefitsWhat We OfferHealth and dental insurancePTO and paid holidays401(k) with company matchEmployee discount on all Printfresh productsAbout Our CultureAt Printfresh, we celebrate creativity, sustainability, and a customer-first mindset. Key Responsibilities
- Design Execution
