It delivers remote, process‑driven guidance to internal stakeholders, maintaining high standards of administrative accuracy and data management across all HSW systems. By overseeing critical workflows and documentation, the position ensures smooth coordination, standardized practices, and efficient execution of HSW processes. Ultimately, this role contributes to a cohesive, compliant, and well‑governed HSW function that enables safe and effective operations across the region. **Role accountabilities:** The role involves translating non-native language documents to ensure suitability for national use. Collecting data and producing HSW reports, dashboards, and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are essential, with strict attention to DE/EU data compliance. Tracking mandatory training and certifications, as well as managing Cority sustainment, is also required. The position entails following up on audit findings and coordinating audits and inspections. It supports compliance monitoring, legal requirement reviews, and basic Health and Safety Action Plan (HASP) reviews.
