**Permanent contract, 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year Interviews - Week of 28/9** Bath College seeks to appoint an additional Junior IT Engineer to join its IT function. IT Engineers maintain and improve our digital infrastructure ensuring a secure and resilient foundation for the delivery of services across the organisation. In addition, our engineering team acts as a point of escalation, assisting first-line service desk staff to provide outstanding customer service by resolving complex incidents and requests. Working as part of a team, the postholder will have opportunities to use and develop system administration skills for network infrastructure, cybersecurity tools, Windows 11 and Windows Server, Linux, MacOS, Intune, Jamf, enterprise server/storage hardware and cloud infrastructure among other areas. The role is ideal for an individual with hands-on experience in some of the areas listed and looking to broaden and deepen their knowledge across a range of enterprise technologies.
