Assist with multi-jurisdictional licensing, regulatory applications, and core business growth projects. **Location**: St Julian's, Malta **Responsibilities:** - Support the compilation of complex license-application requirements across target jurisdictions and convert them into structured project tracking frameworks for license applications. - Collaborate with other teams in order to gather technical, operational, and corporate documentation required for regulatory filings. - Be knowledgeable in license-application requirements to be able to reply to related queries. - Review the provided documentation and request feedback from the different stakeholders. - Review and organise legal translations, and key person applications into submission-ready filing systems. - Assist in drafting responses to regulatory inquiries, audit requests, and license renewal queries from gaming authorities. - Track milestone progress for ongoing license applications and communicate updates to internal stakeholders and compliance management. **About you:** - 1+ years of iGaming experience or managing license applications in a regulated sector. - Speak and write fluently in English, with the ability to liaise clearly across departments. - Great time-management skills and able to prioritise and meet tight deadlines. - Trustworthy to be able to handle confidential, sensitive executive and corporate data with discretion. - Exceptional organisational skills with rigorous attention to detail. **What’s In It for You?** - Competitive salary + bonus scheme - Hybrid working model with flexibility between home and office - One-time bonus to help you set up your home workspace (we are truly hybrid) - Work remotely for up to 40 days per year from anywhere in the world - Private health insurance and a flexible wellbeing allowance for initiatives that support your wellbeing. - Complimentary lunch on select days, as well as great in-office events happening throughout the week. - Fun quarterly team events and social gatherings **A Bit About ComeOn Group** We’re a global iGaming business, home to a portfolio of exciting casino and sportsbook brands across various international markets.
