With colleagues from over 70 nationalities, we combine diverse perspectives with a shared ambition to learn, grow, and create lasting impact, together. **Ready to awaken your best with us?** ### What you'll do: - You will plan manage transports by air, sea, rail and truck for the APAC Region. - You will work with 3PL/4PL as well as other logistics partners in the field of B2B & B2C. - You will be responsible for understanding and improving KPIs. - You will control and manage the 3PLs performance and cost. - You will find out our processes and system weaknesses and optimize them - You will work in a dynamic and international environment, and be able to closely collaborate with Finance, Strategic Procurement, Operational Procurement, S&OP, and Business Development Teams. - You will the challenge the status-quo and provide in depth analysis that provides continuous improvement for operations and the company. ### Who we're looking for: - You have a university degree in Business Administration/Supply Chain/Logistics or a related subject or have relevant working experience in this area - Relevant internship experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, or a related field is preferred. - You have strong communication skills - You have a quick grasp and an analytical approach to tasks and problems - You are conceptually strong and have a can do mentality - You have an independent and structured way of working and think process-oriented - You are a communicative team player and have very good English skills
