We are looking for a Junior Manager Global Consumer Insights - maternity cover (18+ months) to join our global Consumer Insights Team. The role is based in Warsaw, Poland. Scope of the role You'll focus on quantitative research: designing and executing surveys, analyzing consumer behaviour and market trends, and translating data into clear, actionable recommendations. You'll work closely with the Senior Manager Global Consumer Insights, cross-functional teams (marketing, sales), and external research agencies . Responsibilities Support the development and execution of global consumer insights projects Conduct quantitative research and translate findings into actionable recommendations Analyse consumer behaviour, market trends, and competitive activity Support KPI reporting across markets Work with external research agencies on execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables Provide insights to support innovation, brand building, and media strategies Develop clear reports and presentations to communicate findings Use AI tools to speed up data analysis, synthesis, and reporting, helping the team deliver insights faster and more efficiently Your profile University degree in Psychology, Sociology, Marketing, or a related field 2–3 years of experience in market research (agency or client side) Fluent in English Solid grounding in quantitative research methods and questionnaire design Strong Excel skills (assessed during interview) Familiarity with Nielsen/IRI and/or consumer panel platforms Media effectiveness research and/or creative testing experience is a plus" Curious, analytical mindset with a genuine interest in consumer behaviour Comfortable using AI tools to support research and analysis What you can expect A competitive base salary - full transparency on salary band will be provided during first interview A hybrid working model with the flexibility of both on site and home-office days Participate in group learning and development programmes and local benefits programmes Fully tracked and realistic goal setting + regular performance reviews Be part of our sustainability commitment in becoming the most sustainable kids drink in the world Join the largest kids drink brand globally, available in 120 markets Thrive in a fast-paced company, with an excellent leadership team and ambitious growth opportunities Fast recruitment process with maximum three interview rounds Benefits: Medical package, Multisport card, Lunch card, Life insurance
