You are curious, learn quickly, and forge new paths. Your language proficiency: You communicate fluently in English (negotiation level) and possess good German language skills. You have already gained at least three months of international experience. Why you will love being part of our community We are deeply invested in the growth of our team members. We have created an environment where you are supported, valued, and empowered to do your best work. A culture of belonging: From day one, you will become part of a global community of trainees from diverse backgrounds and locations. Build authentic connections beyond formal projects through virtual hangouts, local meetups, or our (global) trainee summits. Flexible & hybrid working: We trust you to manage your work in a way that fits your life, with a flexible start date and a permanent employment contract.
