What you will do: As a Junior Predictive Maintenance Consultant, you’ll use your engineering knowledge to understand how industrial machines behave, detect early signs of failure, and help customers prevent costly breakdowns. You’ll work with real-world sensor data from rotating equipment and combine your knowledge of mechanics and machinery with AI-driven diagnostics to determine what is happening inside the machine—and what should be done about it. You’ll play an integral role in shaping our growing consultancy team within the Benelux market. Your responsibilities will include: - Serve as the main contact for maintenance and plant managers across various industries; - Analyze sensor data to assess equipment condition and recommend timely maintenance actions; - Interpret AI-generated insights and provide clear, actionable advice to clients; - Collect feedback to continually improve service effectiveness and customer satisfaction. What you bring: - HBO/WO degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline; - An understanding of mechanics, vibration, machinery or other engineering fundamentals; - Recent graduate or up to 1 year of experience; - Analytical mindset and curiosity: you enjoy figuring out why something is behaving differently from expected; - Comfortable working with data and learning new technical tools; - Able to explain technical findings clearly to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders; - Proactive, independent and comfortable working directly with customers; - Fluent in Dutch and English, written and spoken.
