What you'll be doing

Requirements
What we're looking for:

- 1-2 -years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Talent Sourcing
- Knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment process and best practices
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platformsStrong sourcing skills and proficiency in using various recruitment platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient level of English
- Ability to prioritize multiple recruitment projects in a fast-paced environment.Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Good team player, fast learner, positive attitude
- Demonstrated ability to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit effectively
