The Eastern European region comprises 16 countries + Export Business with a total revenue of around EUR 1.2 billion (2025). To further strengthen our commercial steering and regional performance, we are looking for a Regional Sales & Finance Controller with a dedicated focus on the Baltic sub-region. The position will be based in Vienna reports directly to the CFO Austria / Regional CFO Eastern Europe. Your Responsibilities Act as a business partner to local sales teams as well as regional management, supporting planning, steering actions, and decision-making in line with the commercial strategy Serve as gatekeeper of profitability across the full P&L, ensuring transparency of revenues, margins, expenses, and deviations across business areas and countries Focus on Financial Forecasting & Analyzes, including support of the annual target-setting Prepare management reports and ad‑hoc analyses and actively participate in cross-functional as well as regional projects Safeguard data quality and consistency, ensuring compliance with corporate financial & reporting guidelines as well as general finance & controlling standards Professional Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or a related field 1-2 years professional experience in controlling (sales or commercial controlling is an advantage) Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel Experience with SAP-BW and TM1 or comparable planning and BI tools Fluent English & German Personal Skills Analytical, curious, and business-oriented mindset Ability to analyze complex topics, challenge assumptions, and develop effective solutions Dedicated and target-oriented working style with a high level of ownership Strong team player who values different perspectives and listens carefully Clear, concise, and confident communication Willingness to drive ideas and contribute to change Enjoy working in an international and multicultural environment Flexible and willing to travel within the region Benefits A high-impact role with close connection to the business and senior stakeholders A steep learning curve in an international sales and finance environment The opportunity to shape and professionalize local as well as regional sales controlling A values-driven company culture built on trust, transparency, and appreciation Family-owned company Gross annual salary of € 45.000,-/ with willingness to offer a higher salary depending on qualifications and experience Employee benefits (subsidized cafeteria, company pension plan, etc.) Ready to take the next step in your career?
