**West Hills Animal Hospital & Emergency Center** is looking for a compassionate, dependable **Kennel Attendant** to join our animal care team! If you're a true animal lover, enjoy hands-on work with dogs and cats, and thrive in a busy veterinary hospital environment, we'd love to meet you. This can be a messy, active job, but it's incredibly rewarding for the right person. As a Kennel Attendant, you'll play an important role in providing exceptional care to our hospitalized, boarding, and daycare patients while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for pets, clients, and our veterinary team. ### What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is dependable, organized, comfortable with the physical and sometimes messy realities of animal care, and able to multitask safely in a **fast-paced veterinary hospital** with a high volume of patients and guests. Previous experience working with animals, such as in a **veterinary hospital, animal shelter, boarding facility, kennel, daycare, grooming facility, or other professional animal care setting**, is strongly preferred. Candidates must be **18 years of age or older** and have availability for **day and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays**. **Please note:** This is a **permanent position**. We are seeking candidates interested in long-term employment and are not hiring for seasonal opportunities.
