Job description

Keeping up to date with customer´s strategy and objectives, organization and people ​ Expanding scope on existing customers and paving the way for whole offering (contracts, standards etc.) ​ Coordinating and leading of activities in the client interface, including communication with the customer, visits, product promotion, sales and success of delivery Orders booked responsibility for whole offering ​ Promote Valmet´s lifecycle offering and solutions ​ Identify and document customer plans, needs and objectives and converting them into sales and development projects; guide customer selecting solution options. ​ Guide mill teams towards bundling and value adding solutions ​ Keep up to date with changes of installed base data, market situation and competitor activities ​ Receivables collection ​ Participate customer specific marketing ​ Execute according to sales process
