Open Positions Jr. Sous Chef Chef de Partie (CDP) Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) Commis 1,2 & 3 Cuisine: Emirati / Khaleeji / Arabic Key Responsibilities Prepare and present food according to brand recipes and quality standards. Ensure consistency in food preparation, portioning, and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations. Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards at all times. Assist with stock handling, inventory, and waste control. Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations. Support senior chefs in maintaining operational excellence and service standards. Requirements Previous experience in a professional kitchen (level dependent on the position applied for). Experience in restaurants, hotels, or hospitality environments is preferred. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Candidates must be currently based in the UAE.
