We offer paid training, a competitive industry-leading benefits package, competitive hourly rates, and a busy shop to maximize your productivity and maximize your earnings! **Responsibilities** The Automotive Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. - Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately diagnose mechanical and electrical malfunction of vehicles and perform repairs. - Accurately document record of all repairs, services and maintenance performed on vehicles in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards. - Collaborate with service team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs. - Perform maintenance and repairs with efficiency and in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards. **Qualifications** - **Required:** Minimum 3 years as a Kia Master Technician with proven Kia diagnostic and repair experience. - **Required:** Kia dealership experience is required - **Required:** Strong knowledge of Kia systems, tools, and repair procedures with a commitment to quality workmanship. - ASE, Smog, and manufacturer certifications are desired. - Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. - A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service. - Attention to detail and commitment to quality. - Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record. **Compensation** - The estimated hourly production rate range for this position is $33.80 - $49.00. *Please keep in mind that this range may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.* **Benefits** - Medical, Dental and Vision Plans - Short and Long-Term Disability - Paid Holidays & Paid Time Off - Paid Life Insurance - 401(k) Retirement Plan - Employee Assistance Plan - Paid Training **Hiring Requirements** - 18 years or older required - All potential employees must pass pre-employment testing including a background check and drug screen [Privacy Policy](https://www.lacarguy.com/privacy.htm)
