Action Property Management is seeking enthusiastic, talented, and service-driven **Kitchen & Bar Team Members** to join our Food & Beverage team at a premier, resort-style residential community in Sacramento, CA. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy creating memorable dining experiences, delivering exceptional service, and building meaningful relationships with the people they serve. Whether you're preparing delicious meals, crafting beverages, or providing warm, attentive service, you'll play an important role in bringing our elevated resident experience to life. ### What You'll Do - Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with established quality and presentation standards. - Deliver warm, attentive, and personalized hospitality to residents and guests. - Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked kitchen and bar areas. - Follow food safety, sanitation, and applicable alcohol service requirements. - Assist with food preparation, beverage service, and resident dining experiences. - Support special events, private gatherings, and community programming. - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and exceptional service. - Respond to resident requests with professionalism, positivity, and a solutions-oriented approach. ### What We're Looking For - 2+ years of experience in restaurants, hotels, resorts, private clubs, or similar hospitality environments preferred. - Experience in food preparation, bartending, beverage service, or dining operations. - Strong customer service skills and a genuine passion for hospitality. - Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service practices. - Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong attention to detail. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. - Dependability and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. **Certifications & Requirements** - **California Food Handler Card:** Must obtain within 30 days of hire if required for assigned duties. - **Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification:** Must obtain within 60 days of hire if assigned to serve alcoholic beverages at an establishment covered by California's RBS requirements. - Must comply with all applicable food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service regulations. - Action will coordinate and cover required certification expenses and applicable paid training time in accordance with California law. ### Why Join Action? - Action Property Management is committed to attracting and retaining the best talent in the industry - Proudly certified as a **Great Place to Work®** in 2025 - Rated 4.0 stars on Glassdoor — [Check out our reviews here](https://tinyurl.com/actionglassdoor) **Team Member Perks:** - Comprehensive health benefits and paid time off package for qualifying employees - On-going hospitality and property management training - Opportunities for career growth and advancement - Values driven company culture promoting team work and excellence
