Responsibilities Course Instruction: Deliver engaging and effective instruction in one or more courses within the business curriculum. Develop course syllabi and materials, including lecture notes, assignments, and assessments, to ensure alignment with program objectives and industry standards. Student Engagement: Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment conducive to student success. Provide guidance, feedback, and mentorship to students to enhance their understanding of course concepts and their overall academic growth. Staying Current: Stay abreast of current trends, research, and best practices in the field of business. Participate in professional development activities such as giving presentations and attending conferences to support your content area and enhance teaching effectiveness. Administrative Duties: Fulfill administrative responsibilities associated with teaching, including grade submission, attendance tracking, and communication with students and departmental staff. Qualifications A master's degree in a related field from an AACSB-accredited institution is needed. Doctoral degrees are welcomed. Ability and professional experience in the subject area(s) to be taught; this can be shown by current professional affiliation (active job in the field) and relevant licensure, as applicable. Effective communication and people skills to engage diverse groups of students. Commitment to excellence in teaching, student-centered learning, and continuous improvement.
