What You'll Do As a Laboratory Technician, you'll learn to: Receive, label, and log samples for testing. Prepare samples using techniques such as weighing, mixing, diluting, filtering, and centrifuging. Operate laboratory instruments and testing equipment. Perform routine laboratory analyses according to established procedures. Record and interpret test results with accuracy and attention to detail. Maintain laboratory notebooks, reports, and computerized records. Verify quality control standards and ensure reliable test results. Clean, sterilize, and maintain laboratory equipment and work areas. Support our quality assurance and regulatory compliance programs. What We're Looking For: You don't need prior laboratory experience. We are willing to train candidates who have: A high school diploma or equivalent. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic math and computer skills. The ability to follow procedures accurately. A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
