Laborer About the Role We are hiring a dependable Laborer to support daily warehouse and material handling operations. This is a hands-on, physically active position involving loading and unloading freight, moving and storing products, preparing shipments, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not required. This is a great opportunity for someone who is reliable, hardworking, safety-conscious, and comfortable working on their feet. Key Responsibilities Load and unload freight safely and efficiently Move products to designated storage areas using a powered pallet jack and other material handling equipment Stack and store merchandise in the appropriate locations Sort, pack, mark, and label materials and products Assemble merchandise and prepare products for shipment Check and count freight for accuracy Inspect products for damage or other issues Assist with physical inventory counts Assemble displays and complete specialty projects as needed Maintain clean and organized warehouse and work areas Assist with general building and grounds maintenance Follow all safety procedures, work instructions, and company policies Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous warehouse, labor, production, or material handling experience is a plus Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply Ability to safely operate a powered pallet jack Forklift experience is a plus Ability to read, count, and accurately identify products Strong attention to detail Good communication skills Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Dependable and willing to work an assigned shift Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical Requirements Stand and walk for extended periods Lift, carry, push, and pull materials throughout the workday Lift and move products weighing up to 4 0 pounds Bend, kneel, climb, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks Safely operate and mount/dismount material handling equipment Work around forklifts, pallet jacks, and moving equipment Maintain productivity throughout the shift IND2
