We're building new products: - [**Flipper One**](https://blog.flipper.net/flipper-one-we-need-your-help/) — a full-featured ARM-based computer running Linux in a compact form factor, powered by the Rockchip RK3576 SoC. - [**BUSY Bar**](https://busy.app/) — a smart productivity multi-tool that helps users stay focused and minimize distractions. ## Requirements - 2–3+ years of relevant legal experience, including hands-on experience with international and cross-border matters involving the US, UK, and EU jurisdictions - Practical experience in corporate and commercial law - Experience in intellectual property (IP) law - Experience working with and coordinating external legal counsel - Ability to work independently, take ownership, and build legal processes from scratch - Fluent Russian and B2+ English, with sufficient proficiency to review and negotiate contracts and communicate effectively with external counsel and counterparties - A business-oriented, hands-on approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to provide practical, commercially minded legal advice ## Nice-to-have - Experience in consumer electronics, hardware, or an international product company - Practical experience with UAE and Chinese law - Alternatively, relevant experience at a law firm, particularly advising international or technology-focused clients ## Responsibilites - Provide day-to-day legal support to the business - Handle corporate and commercial law matters, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts - Support the company on cross-border and international legal matters across multiple jurisdictions - Independently handle routine legal matters and provide practical legal advice to the business - Identify complex or jurisdiction-specific matters requiring external expertise, engage appropriate external legal counsel, and coordinate their work ## What we offer - Choose your work format: office, hybrid, or fully remote from anywhere in the world - You will be provided with all the necessary equipment for a comfortable working environment - Benefits such as VHI, corporate sports, foreign language courses, and therapy sessions - A five-day workweek with a flexible start of the working day
