The AI Value Realization Team sits at the centre of this transformation, shaping strategy, governing portfolio delivery, enabling the operating model and positioning Singtel’s AI journey with senior internal and external stakeholders. About the Role This is a highly visible role at the centre of Singtel’s enterprise AI transformation. The AI Portfolio Management & Commercialization Lead will own integrated portfolio performance across more than eight value pools and over 50 AI use cases, ensuring investments are strategically prioritised, delivery risks are actively addressed and the strongest capabilities are positioned for enterprise scale and commercialization. A defining requirement of the role is the ability to convert complex portfolio performance, technology and business information into clear, compelling executive narratives. The role will support the Chief AI Officer and senior leadership forums with decision-ready insights, strategic recommendations and a credible view of progress, value, risks and trade-offs. Success requires an uncommon combination of strategic thinking, structured problem solving, portfolio leadership, commercial acumen and exceptional communication. The successful candidate must be comfortable operating in ambiguity, navigating a complex stakeholder environment and influencing senior leaders without relying on formal authority. Make an Impact By: 1. Enterprise AI Portfolio Leadership Lead the integrated management of Singtel’s enterprise AI portfolio connecting strategy, investment, delivery, adoption and value realization. Drive portfolio prioritisation , sequencing and governance, balancing strategic impact, execution readiness, risk, dependencies and resource constraints. Establish a clear, decision-ready view of portfolio health and identify systemic issues, trade-offs and interventions required to protect outcomes. Orchestrate senior cross-functional interventions across business, product, technology, data, finance, legal and risk teams, acting as the escalation point for material portfolio issues. Strengthen portfolio disciplines, decision rights, management information and operating cadence as AIDA scales. 2. Executive Portfolio Narrative & Strategic Influence Translate complex portfolio performance, value realization, technology developments and strategic risks into concise, compelling narratives for Executive/ Senior leadership forums. Develop high-impact executive read-outs, strategic reviews, investment cases and decision papers that clearly frame progress, implications, trade-offs and recommended actions. Synthesize multiple value pools and workstreams into a coherent enterprise story, ensuring leadership has the right level of insight. Use structured problem solving and fact-based analysis to challenge assumptions, sharpen recommendations and accelerate executive alignment and decision-making. Shape the broader narrative of Singtel’s AI transformation for selected internal and external engagements. 3. Commercialization Identify selected AI and Agentic AI assets with potential for broader productisation or external commercialization. Shape commercialization pathways and business cases, including market opportunity , customer need, value proposition, packaging, go-to-market options and commercial model considerations. Partner with Enterprise, Consumer, Product, Commercial, Technology, Finance, Legal and Risk stakeholders to assess opportunity attractiveness and commercialization readiness. Develop and nurture a qualified pipeline of opportunities, moving promising concepts from initial exploration toward structured validation and accountable ownership. Engage strategic customers and ecosystem partners, including hyperscalers , startups and industry participants, where partnerships can accelerate capability development, adoption or market reach. Skills for Success Experience: At least 10 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, enterprise transformation, portfolio management, digital or technology strategy, or comparable leadership roles. Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional portfolios and influencing senior executives in a matrixed organisation . Strong track record of structuring ambiguous problems, developing actionable recommendations and driving outcomes without direct line authority. Experience developing executive-level narratives, presentations and decision materials for C-suite or senior leadership audiences. Experience in commercialization, business-case development, productisation , partnerships or go-to-market strategy. Professional Capabilities Enterprise portfolio strategy, prioritisation , governance and performance management. Consulting- calibre structured problem solving, synthesis and strategic judgement. Exceptional written communication, narrative development and executive presentation skills. Commercial acumen and the ability to connect AI investments to business value, customer outcomes and growth opportunities. Working understanding of AI, data and technology transformation, with the ability to translate technical complexity into business implications. Executive presence, stakeholder navigation and the ability to build alignment across competing priorities. Preferred Experience in a top-tier or leading management consulting firm, corporate strategy office or high-performing transformation environment. Experience supporting a Chief AI Officer, C-suite office, enterprise transformation office or senior steering forum. Exposure to telecommunications, enterprise technology, digital platforms, AI commercialization or ecosystem partnerships. MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification . Selected AI capabilities progress toward enterprise reuse, productisation or external commercialization through well-structured opportunities and partnerships.
