The Opportunity ​ The Lead Analyst - Security Administration is a senior-level technical role within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. This position is responsible for performing and coordinating complex provisioning and de-provisioning tasks, managing access controls across Active Directory domains, and ensuring compliance with security standards. The Lead Analyst serves as an escalation point for junior analysts and plays a key role in maintaining secure and efficient access management operations.​ This is an ​​ i ndividual c ontributor​ role. This is a hybrid remote and office-based role in Sri Lanka, aligning with the local job requirement guidelines. Primary shift: [7:30 PM-3:30 AM SLST, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM CDT] with flexibility . Most work is performed Monday through Friday virtually using collaboration tools and video conferencing. Our team has occasional on-call support. ​ ​ ​ Responsibilities: ​​Provisioning & De-Provisioning Access : Execut ing and oversee ing manual provisioning/de-provisioning for applications and AD domains ​​Advanced Troubleshooting & Escalations Administration : Act ing as an escalation point for junior analysts, resolving complex access and security administration issues​ ​​Process Improvement & Documentation : Recommend ing and implement ing improvements to manual processes and update SOPs ​​Collaboration with IAM Leadership : Support ing IAM leadership in audits, compliance reviews, and governance efforts ​​Training & Mentorship : Provid ing guidance to junior team members, share best practices, and assist with onboarding Requirements: ​​ A Bachelor’s D egree in Information Systems , Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field preferred ; Equivalent work experience may be considered ​​4-6+ years in Security Administration, IAM, or related role s ​Strong experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange (on-prem & online), and manual access provisioning ​​Proficiency with AD, Exchange, and identity lifecycle management ​Strong PowerShell scripting knowledge preferred ​Experience in access governance and security compliance ​Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Benefits: US dollar-linked compensation Performance-based annual bonus Performance rewards and recognition Agile Benefits - special allowances for Health, Wellness & Academic purposes Entertainment allowance Team engagement allowance Comprehensive Health & Life Insurance Cover - extendable to parents and in-laws Overseas travel opportunities and exposure to client environments Hybrid work arrangement Sysco LABS is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
