Lead Carpenter – Residential Remodeling Location: Worcester County, MA Pay: $40–$50/hour (DOE) + Benefits Job Type: Full-Time | Year-Round Work About the Role We are looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll run projects in the field, lead carpenters, and work directly on high-quality residential renovations. If you’re someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, can run a job site, and enjoys working on kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and full remodels—this is a strong long-term opportunity.
