Our team of compassionate professionals are united by one goal: meaningful progress for every child and family we serve.POSITION OVERVIEWThe Lead BCBA, Melville, is a licensed and BACB-certified behavior analyst whose day-to-day presence anchors the Melville center's daytime clinical operation; blending direct clinical practice, supervision, center oversight, and, as the role matures, primary center-based coordination of the Melville Bridge program. You'll carry a direct billable caseload while serving as a senior daytime clinical presence, providing live support to Behavior Technicians, ensuring sessions run with fidelity, and safeguarding the quality of care for every client on center-based Melville services.You'll work in close daily partnership with a fellow Lead BCBA, Melville, report clinically to the Clinical Director, and report operationally to the COO. WHAT YOU'LL DO

Requirements
- Active and in-good-standing Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Active and in-good-standing New York State Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential
