Join Hire Hangar and work with fast-growing global companies while building a long-term career. **Lead Data Analyst** **Location: Remote** **Working Hours: US Time Zones (PST - EST)** **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the development and execution of analytical frameworks to support business goals - Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business questions into data projects - Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and advanced analytics models - Mentor junior analysts and ensure high standards in data quality and storytelling - Recommend process improvements based on data-driven insights - Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and best practices **Qualifications:** - 3+ years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role - Strong command of *SQL* and *Python*/R for analysis and modeling - Hands-on experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker - Proven track record of leading projects and teams - Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders **Tools & Technology** - Python, SQL, or Scala - Apache Airflow, dbt, or equivalent pipeline orchestration tools - Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift - AWS, GCP, or Azure - Kafka or Spark (advantageous) - Google Workspace - Slack, Zoom, Jira, and other remote collaboration tools **Please NOTE** It is crucial that you complete the application form in full.
