JASARA PMC is seeking a dedicated Lead Engineer to act as an independent contractual authority and represent the Engineer’s role under FIDIC forms of contract across client's contractor agreements. This position requires extensive expertise in contract administration, engineering oversight, and dispute-neutral decision-making on major infrastructure or construction projects. Responsibilities:
