Job description
Liquid personnel are currently recruiting for a Lead practitioner to join a multi-agency child protection team on a permanent basis in the west midlands. If you are looking to take the next step in your career, then this could be the perfect role for you. **Main duties** As a Lead Practitioner you will be the example of good practice within the team, you will provide consultation, oversight and supervision across the team. Your main duties will include: - Take the lead in CP and strategy meetings - Have oversight of s.47 enquiries and child protection plans - Lead CP conferences - Lead reflective and group supervision with the team **Benefits of the role** You will be joining an Ofsted rated ‘GOOD’ authority going through a period of change allowing you to make your own mark on the orle and offer plenty of opportunity to develop within the authority.
