Job Title: Lead, Product Management Job Code: 43082 Job Location: Camden, AR (Full time on site) Job Schedule: 4/10: Employees work 10 hours per day, 4 days a week Job Description: Join our Camden Product Management Team where you’ll have the opportunity to lead high-impact, complex product initiatives that are important to L3Harris Technologies, Inc.’s success. In this role, you’ll work across cross-functional teams, influence outcomes, and partner closely with leadership and executive stakeholders on high-visibility priorities. Essential Functions: Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority to achieve business objectives Experience managing large, complex product initiatives of substantial importance to the organization with minimal oversight or direction Experience in communicating with leadership and executive leadership regarding matters of importance to the product Experience in implementing strategic goals established by leadership Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong time management and organizational skills Ability to obtain a US security clearance Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience. Preferred Additional Skills: Knowledge of Maestro and Experience GMLRS and PAC-3 Experience Experience in DoW Contract Execution Strong prioritization and decision-making skills Adaptability in a fast-paced, changing environment Knowledge of Lean manufacturing (Green Belt Certified) Analytical skills with experience using data to drive product decisions #LI-WN1
