This is a hybrid role that should be located somewhere in market (DC, Alexandria, Gaithersburg, Rockville, Baltimore, Arlington, Frederick) ### **Compensation & Benefits** - **$220,000 - $270,000+** inclusive of a guarantee plus clinical hour-based incentives - Medical, dental, vision, FSA and HSA - 401(k) with match - Annual CEU budget of $2,500 annually - Admin, billing and marketing support - PTO + 10 paid holidays - Professional liability insurance - Employee Assistance Program (EAP) - Short & long-term disability - Life insurance - Office space in one of our DMV locations ### **What You Bring** - MD with an active, unrestricted medical license (or ability to obtain licensure) in Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. - Active DEA registration (or ability to obtain without restriction). - 3+ years of experience providing medical direction and supervision, particularly with Medicare patients. - Board certified or board eligible in General Psychiatry. - Board certification or eligibility in Geriatric Psychiatry or Consult/Liaison Psychiatry is preferred. - Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) participation is preferred, but not required. ### **What You’ll Do** - Provide Structured Care Review (SCR) to primary treating clinician through systematic case review and treatment plan oversight (average of 32 review hours per week and 6 to 10 patient reviews per hour).
