Job Title: Lead, Systems Engineer Job Code: 42903 Job Location: Salt Lake City, UT Job Schedule: 9/80 employees work 9 out of 14 days- totaling 80 hours worked- and have every other Friday off Job Description: Systems Engineer – Lead role to work within ISR Networks Systems team. Position will work within various programs such as Global Hawk, Triton, Hawklink, and P-8A. This role will focus on working with requirements and system design from the inception of the contract to the delivery and sustainment of product. This position will work as a program leader in directing programs to a successful completion. Essential Functions: Support the Program Manager and Program Engineer with Systems level technical support Define and verify System Level Requirements Work Product Documentation such as System and lower level specifications, Interface Control Documents, Block Diagrams, and Interconnect diagram Testing and Troubleshooting product in a lab environment Using Earned Value Management System (EVMS) to mangage the Cost and Schedule of engineering tasking. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering (Other Engineering disiplines accepted with Systems Engineering Experience) 15+ years experience in Systems Engineering (or other related engineering diciplines) Experience working in Systems Engineering and with Engineering processes. Able to obtain a DoD Security Clearance Preferred Additional Skills: Experience in working with EVMS as a Control Account Manager Experience working on DoD contracts Experience working within a lab setting and performing Design Verification type testing.
