Job description

Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or any related course. At least 1–3 years of experience in Training / Learning & Development Learning & Development, Training Facilitation, or HR-related certifications are an advantage. Exposure to training coordination, facilitation, or LMS Experience in administrative or HR support roles Basic knowledge of training processes and L&D concepts Good coordination and organizational skills Basic facilitation and presentation skills Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) Good communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented and results-focused Ability to follow processes and timelines Training Program Development Training Needs Analysis Training Planning and Coordination Training Facilitation Training Implementation and Monitoring Training Documentation and Reporting Learning Management System (LMS)
