Key Accountabilities Learning Delivery & Support:Support the delivery of learning and development initiatives by co-facilitating orientation programmes, ensuring training compliance, delivering selected learning sessions, and assisting in the development of learning materials and digital content. Training Coordination & Support: Coordinate and support learning programmes, including training administration, enrolment management, attendance tracking, completion follow-up, communications, and the delivery of cross-training, exposure plans, Emerging Manager Programme, and CMT initiatives. Departmental Training Support: Support departmental training initiatives by coordinating trainer meetings, strengthening the departmental training culture, and providing guidance and feedback on training plans and documentation. LMS & Reporting: Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring data accuracy, producing learning reports and dashboards, and promoting learning content and system utilization across departments. Project Ownership:Own and manage assigned L&TD projects from planning through implementation, including supporting the rollout of new learning tools, systems, and methodologies. Communication & Internal Marketing:Develop internal marketing materials for training programmes and People&Culture activities. General Responsibilities: Provide administrative support for Learning & Talent Development activities, including budget tracking, while contributing ideas and initiatives to continuously improve training operations and processes. Requirements 2 years and above experience in Learning & Development, Human Resources, Hospitality, or a related field, with exposure to training coordination, facilitation, or programme delivery preferred. Strong training administration, facilitation, and Learning Management System (LMS) skills, including reporting, compliance tracking, and learning data management. Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to support and develop departmental trainers and engage employees at all levels. Diploma or equivalent qualification required; certifications in Learning & Development, Human Resources, Training, or related disciplines are an advantage. Proactive, service-oriented, and adaptable, with strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and proficiency in both the local language and English.
