Learning & Development Manager

Job description

As the **Learning & Development Manager at Impulse,** you will establish the systems, programs, and processes that support employee development, training, and compliance across the company. This role will own the company’s LMS, build training programs, partner with technical and business leaders, manage external training providers, and establish the reporting and processes needed to scale L&D in a fast-paced aerospace environment. Primarily office-based at our Redondo Beach facility. Occasional travel may be required.
