Learning & Development Officer

The incumbent will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring trainings activities for our Hong Kong and Macau team members in one of our business formats. The incumbent will be part of the Learning & Development team to foster a learning culture among DFI retail group! Is this your next challenge in learning & development? The challenge is to: Prepare clear learning objectives, define content, and identify the most effective learning activities Assist learning materials modification / creation (e.g. video, eLearning etc.) to ensure a positive learning experience for all participating team members Deliver training programs in a professional manner and ensure a smooth running of the training activities Perform administrative duties and support the department on other ad hoc projects as assigned Create supporting material / media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc) for the digital learning platform Do you have experience in learning & development? Bachelor's degree preferably in Human Resources or related disciplines Minimum 2 years of training experience preferably in retail or servicing industry Good understanding of retail operational details is an advantage Proficiency in MS. Office (e.g., MS PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese High learning agility, detail-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills Demonstrated ability to interact and communicate effectively at all levels and across functions, and Effective planning and organizing skills Experience on video editing tool (e.g., Canva, AI application) / eLearning authoring tool (e.g., Articulate -Storyline) is preferred Knowledge on digital learning production will be an advantage DFI Retail Group is a leading Asian retailer, driven by its purpose to “Sustainably Serve Asia for Generations with Everyday Moments”.
