Your Day-to-Day Develop and deliver onboarding, refreshment, and sales training programs for the sales team. Create, update, and maintain sales training materials and learning content. Facilitate training sessions, role plays, coaching, and mentoring to improve sales performance. Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, observations, KPI tracking, and performance analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and competency gaps. Prepare training reports and recommend continuous improvements to support business needs. Who We’re Looking For Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Communication, Education, or any related field. 1–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Sales Training, Sales Coaching, Human Resources, or related fields. Experience delivering sales training and a strong understanding of sales processes, customer handling, objection handling, negotiation, and closing techniques. Strong facilitation, coaching, communication, presentation, and analytical skills with the ability to identify training needs. Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office and able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
