Learning Solutions Architect | Onsite - Noida, India | Open to India-based candidates only Position Type: Full-time employee Location: Onsite - Noida, India About the Role This role owns solution design for our client’s complex, multi-modal learning projects from initial architecture through vendor coordination and final deployment. It also carries day-to-day leadership of one of the account's two India-based design pods, so this person is both the technical design authority on their projects and the people manager for the team that builds them. What You'll Do Own solution design for complex, multi-faceted learning projects, building comprehensive architectures that integrate multiple components, modalities, and delivery channels Select and recommend the right blend of ILT, VILT, e-learning, simulations, social learning, and on-the-job components, with rationale grounded in learning science and business need Coordinate vendor relationships across content development, technology platforms, and delivery services — from selection and briefing through performance management Oversee end-to-end project management from design through deployment, coordinating cross-functional teams and resolving risks and issues as they come up Maintain design intent through development and production, reviewing storyboards, prototypes, and final products against the original design spec Lead a small design pod consisting of Instructional Designer, Learning Developers, and Multimedia Designers — allocating work, quality-checking output, coaching, and owning performance management What You Bring 8+ years of experience in learning solutions architecture, instructional design, or learning program management A track record designing and delivering complex, multi-modal learning solutions Strong end-to-end project management experience on complex initiatives Experience managing vendor relationships and external development partners Experience people-managing a small, multi-disciplinary design/development team, including performance management and coaching Deep knowledge of learning modalities, technologies, and delivery approaches Bachelor's degree required; Master's in Instructional Design or a related field preferred Availability to work full-time, fully onsite in Noida, India If you enjoy owning a solution end to end — from the first design conversation through vendor delivery and final rollout — and you want to lead a team that builds it right, we'd like to hear from you.
