**We have a fantastic Leasing Consultant opportunity available! $1000 sign on bonus\*** **Location Available:** - Bexley Stockyards - Nashville, TN (Germantown area) **Leasing Consultant Pay:** Hourly rates are competitive, starting at $21/hour - equivalent to $43,680 salary - and increasing based on experience + Quarterly Bonuses **Love working with people? In this role, you'll: - Welcome prospective residents and provide apartment tours - Build relationships with current and future residents - Help guide applicants through the leasing process - Follow up with prospects and provide exceptional customer service - Assist with resident events and community marketing initiatives - Support daily office operations and administrative tasks - Work with your team to achieve leasing and customer service goals No two days are exactly alike, making this a fun, fast-paced, and rewarding career. **Who We're Looking For** You don't need leasing experience—but you do need the right attitude.
