We are seeking a passionate and innovative Hairdressing professional to join our team as a part-time lecturer, delivering engaging, industry-relevant learning experiences to the next generation of hairdressing professionals. Working within our industry-standard commercial salon facilities, you will play a key role in developing learners’ practical skills, technical knowledge and professional behaviours across a range of hairdressing techniques. You will use creative and innovative approaches to teaching, learning and assessment, incorporating digital technologies and current industry trends to ensure learners are well prepared for employment and progression within the sector. This is an exciting opportunity to join a vibrant and supportive department that values collaboration, professional development and strong links with the hairdressing industry. You will have the opportunity to mentor and inspire learners, contribute to industry workshops, masterclasses and competitions, and support the effective operation of our commercial salons.
