You will have connections with our Decathlon Legal teammates all over the world to get the required support and share best practicesYour essential duties and responsibilities:ComplianceEnsures regulatory and operational compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.Manages daily compliance risk identification, reporting, and internal audits.Develops internal controls, preventative measures, and governance guidelines.Adapt and localize global headquarters governance policies to local context.Managing product compliance processes for Decathlon SingaporeCommercial Contracts & TransactionsDrafts, negotiates, and reviews cross-border manufacturing, supply chain, and general commercial agreements.Delivers legal support across functional units, including IT, Marketing, Operations, and Events.Data Privacy & GovernanceSupports Data Protection leadership to ensure compliance with privacy regulations (including the maintenance of DPTM).Assists with statutory corporate secretarial duties and corporate governanceLegal operations & trainingManages legal tech tools, contract repositories, and workflow optimization.Designs and conducts internal legal training programs for teammates.Provides ad-hoc legal support to the regional APAC legal director.RequirementsPreferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in law Admission to the Singapore Bar or qualified in a Commonwealth jurisdiction is preferred.Experience: 3 to 6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in a reputable law firm or as in-house counsel, preferably with exposure to retail, e-commerce, FMCG, or supply chain/logistics sectors. Your essential duties and responsibilities:
