With an independent, entrepreneurial spirit of innovation leading the way. **Background to the role:** The role sits within the Firm’s Risk & Compliance department, which aims to mitigate risks and facilitate the business in maintaining compliance with relevant laws, regulations and client requirements. The Risk & Compliance department plays a critical role in safeguarding the Firm’s reputational brand and works right across the Firm and partnership to ensure we have the right framework and culture in place to protect against legal, regulatory and operational risks. **Location: Dublin Ireland** **Working model: Part-time, Permanent** **Department: Risk & Compliance Reporting to: Head of Risk & Compliance** **About the role:** We are seeking an experienced Legal Contracts Advisor to join our Risk & Compliance team. The successful candidate will lead the review, negotiation and management of the firm's commercial contracts and legal documentation, supporting both operational and strategic initiatives. The role will act as a key point of contact for business services teams and other key stakeholders in relation to contractual risk, supplier arrangements, client terms of business, regulatory obligations and commercial negotiations.
