Your Day-to-Day Support the processing of clinic permits, including OSS RBA, NIB, Operational Clinic Permits, SIP, and STR. Perform data entry and update the status of various permits and licenses. Provide administrative coordination with relevant government agencies, such as the Ministry of Health and DPMPTSP. Help monitor permit expiration dates and ensure all necessary documentation is complete. Prepare simple reports on legal status and licensing progress. Execute other administrative duties as required by the legal function. Who We’re Looking For Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Law or a recent graduate. Demonstrated interest in health law and facility licensing processes. Basic understanding of legal principles and administrative procedures is a plus. Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills for document management. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace. Effective communication skills and a proactive attitude towards learning.
