In this role, you will serve as the primary contact and coordinator of services for youth experiencing mental health or substance use challenges, working across residential, school, and community settings. You will also help guide and support team members to ensure high-quality care. Intensive In-Home Team Lead – Child & Family Services Marshall, NC (serving Madison & Yancey Counties) – Just a quick 30-minute drive from Asheville Salary: $60,000 – $68,000 (based on licensure and experience) Sign-On Bonus: $3,000 Schedule: Full-time with flexible scheduling and rotating on-call hours Clinical Supervision Provided for associate-level licensed clinicians Make a Meaningful Impact We are looking for a passionate Intensive In-Home Team Lead to support children and families experiencing mental health or substance use challenges. In this leadership role, you will guide a dedicated team of professionals while providing direct clinical services that help stabilize families and strengthen communities. (OIG exclusions database, Child Abuse Registry, and Offenders Against Individuals with Developmental Disabilities) Drug testing Education verification and other credentialing based on position requirements.
