If you're passionate about working with youth, value work-life balance, and want to be part of a collaborative, mission-driven team, **we'd love to meet you!** ## 🌟 What You'll Do You'll provide **15–22 telehealth sessions per week**, delivering individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults throughout **Michigan**. Most clinicians see clients during weekday afternoons and evenings (**2:00–9:00 PM EST**), with weekend availability welcomed. **You create your schedule—we provide the referrals, administrative support, billing, and credentialing.** ### Your day-to-day includes: 🩺 Conducting comprehensive behavioral health assessments 📝 Developing individualized, trauma-informed treatment plans 💻 Providing evidence-based individual and family therapy via secure telehealth 🤝 Collaborating with our interdisciplinary care team, including therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and care coordinators 📋 Completing timely, accurate clinical documentation within our electronic health record (EHR) 👨‍👩‍👧 Supporting families through education, collaboration, and coordinated care ## 💰 Competitive Compensation + Monthly Bonus Potential We believe clinicians should have the opportunity to earn competitive compensation while maintaining the flexibility of part-time practice. ### What You'll Earn: 💲 **$60 per billable hour** for independently licensed clinicians 💰 **Monthly bonus potential** based on eligible clinical and performance metrics 📈 Opportunities for professional growth and increased earning potential as Backpack continues to expand throughout Michigan ### Additional Benefits: 💼 **401(k) with a 3% company match** 📚 **$150 annual CEU reimbursement** ❤️ **Employee Assistance Program (EAP)** 🏡 **100% Remote Work** 🌱 Opportunities for clinical leadership and professional growth 🤝 Collaborative clinical support and interdisciplinary case consultation ## ✅ What We're Looking For We're seeking clinicians who have: ✔️ An active **Michigan independent license (LPC, LMSW, or LMFT)** ✔️ Experience working with children, adolescents, and families—or a passion for serving this population ✔️ The ability to work independently in a virtual environment ✔️ Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills ✔️ A commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive care ⭐ **Bilingual (English/Spanish) clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply.** ## 💙 Why Backpack Healthcare?
