Most clinicians work **weekday afternoons and evenings, typically 2–9 PM**, with weekend availability a plus. ### **You build the schedule. We support the rest.** Backpack provides the referrals and administrative infrastructure so you can spend more of your time focused on your clients — not searching for them or managing unnecessary administrative work. --- # 🧠 What You'll Do You'll provide compassionate, evidence-informed behavioral healthcare to children, teens, young adults, and their families. Your work will include: - 📝 Conducting clinical assessments - 🧠 Developing individualized, trauma-informed treatment plans - 💻 Providing individual and family therapy through secure telehealth - 🤝 Collaborating with therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and other members of our interdisciplinary team - 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Providing family education and care coordination - 📋 Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation - 💜 Building meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients and families - 🌎 Delivering culturally responsive care that recognizes each family's unique needs --- # 🔎 What We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you have: - Active Arizona license: **LPC, LMFT, or LCSW** - Experience working with children, adolescents, and families — or a strong interest in this population - Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment - Strong clinical judgment and communication skills - Comfort with technology and virtual clinical platforms - Commitment to trauma-informed and culturally responsive care - **Bilingual English/Spanish skills — strongly preferred** --- # 💜 Why Backpack Healthcare?
