We are seeking skilled, compassionate therapists who are ready to join us in making a lasting impact. **What You’ll Do** As a Mental Health Therapist at Kolmac, you will be at the center of patient care—building strong therapeutic relationships and delivering high-quality, evidence-based treatment. You’ll lead therapy groups, facilitate individual sessions, and contribute to integrated treatment plans within our collaborative treatment environment. **Clinical Responsibilities Include:** Provide individual and group psychotherapy for adults. Work in person at our Philly, PA location Develop and maintain person-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and level-of-care determinations Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment approaches, and symptom management to support insight, empowerment, and recovery Design and deliver engaging process, psychoeducational and skills groups focused on emotional regulation, coping skills, and mental wellness. Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and fellow therapists to provide integrated mental health care Participate in treatment team meetings, case consultations, and discharge planning Case management services such as, but not limited to, coordinated care with families, referral sources, and external providers as appropriate Demonstrates commitment to excellent patient care, which is measured through clinical outcomes, such as patient retention, attendance, successful program completion, transitioning from one level of care to another. Therapists earn additional compensation for each participant in their assigned therapy groups.
