This position offers a predictable weekday schedule and the opportunity to focus on direct clinical care within a clearly defined practice model. ### Key Areas of Practice **Client Care** Conduct individual telehealth sessions, establish treatment goals, and provide ongoing counseling based on each client’s needs. **Treatment Planning** Develop and periodically reassess treatment plans, using client progress to guide adjustments in care. **Clinical Documentation** Maintain accurate session notes, treatment records, and other required documentation in a timely manner. **Professional Standards** Practice in accordance with applicable ethical, legal, and professional requirements, while participating in quality assurance and clinical review processes. ## Requirements - Active LPCC license in New Mexico - Master’s degree in Counseling or a related discipline - Prior clinical counseling experience - Strong written and verbal communication skills ## Benefits - 2 weeks Paid Time Off - Health Insurance - 401(k) plan with 3% company match Interested in providing care through telehealth?
