You’ll have a regular schedule of client appointments and work with adults dealing with a range of personal, emotional, and behavioral concerns. The position calls for a clinician who can build rapport with clients online, make sound decisions during treatment, and stay on top of the clinical responsibilities that come with an active caseload. **What You’ll Handle** - Meet with clients for scheduled counseling appointments - Explore the concerns and circumstances that brought each client to treatment - Help clients identify realistic areas to work on during counseling - Use counseling methods appropriate to your training and the client’s situation - Reassess goals and treatment direction as needed ## Requirements - Active Missouri LPC license - Master’s degree in Counseling or related discipline - Prior experience in outpatient or telehealth therapy - Strong clinical documentation skills - Ability to manage a full-time remote caseload ## Benefits - 2 weeks paid time off - Health insurance - 401(k) with 3% employer contribution **Join our team!
