We’re looking for people to support sales goals through effective sales techniques and quality customer service. GOALS: Create / Convert / Close 30-40 showings per week to fully qualified buyers Average 5 homes shown before writing an offer REQUIREMENTS: Must have NC/SC Real Estate License Daily 7:30AM Accountability Call 5 days in office per week (25 hours) when not showing 3 hours prospecting for new business / 2 hours follow up Must have reliable transportation Master Scripts RESPONSIBILITIES: Show properties to our 100% fully qualified and approved Clients for our Lead Agent team Report daily activities Maintain CRM Expert on market and inventory Contribute to HPREA mission/vision by meeting your personal goals Live our Core Values KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & OTHER ABILITIES : Oral & written communication skills Customer service skills Organizational skills Professionalism Time management skills If you want to be a part of a true TEAM, in every sense of the word, then look no further.
